Royal Palm Beach

The Village of Royal Palm Beach, incorporated in 1959, is
governed by a Mayor and Village Council and provides municipal
and utility services for over 30,000 residents. The Village
is located in the central part of Palm Beach County, just north
of the Village of Wellington. The Village encompasses 11.65
square miles and is approximately 6 miles due west of the City
of West Palm Beach.
A great diversity of housing opportunities is available in
the Village of Royal Palm Beach, a thriving municipality. There’s
something for everyone, from young families to active retirees,
in the Village’s many neighborhoods. Totally maintained
condominium communities feature recreational activities for
active residents. Many single-family homes, from first-time
to deluxe, make up the Village’s active neighborhoods.
The Acreage, located just north of the Village limits, consists
of one and a quarter plus acre home sites with both paved and
unpaved roads. Many families here are horse owners. This area
is home to some 28,000 residents who value open spaces, with
the convenience of city living nearby.
Royal Palm Beach has been named Tree City USA by the National Arbor Day Foundation since 1990. The entire area within the village limits is designated as a bird sanctuary.
